tsup

After suffering 6 months of PITB pain, I had surgery on June 11 to remove the cause of the PITB. My surgeon had warned me that I would be in significant pain after the surgery, to which I said "I'm in pain now" and he said no more, instead looking at me as if to say "You have no idea what I just told you."

And he was right, on the 1-10 scale, I had 3-5 going on for 6 months, but lived in at an agonizing 8 for 5 days after the operation.

Tomorrow is 4 weeks since surgery and I have had to adjust to new problems developing that have been quite painful. BMs are tough, and they remain my main accomplishment each day :-(.

Anyway, at least I can work on this "directly" with OTC meds and stuff.

I have found that formerly pregnant women have PhDs in hemorrhoids, by the way. My wife told me about Tucks pads, which seem to be working wonderfully at this point.

But .. I'll let you know.

C ya
